The Client Integration Manager will be an integral member of the support Team that works directly with clients and is responsible for the accurate and timely onboarding of clients
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates project management activities, resources, and information.
- Liaises with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assigns tasks to internal teams and assists with schedule management
- Assures that clients’ needs are met as the projects evolve
- Monitors project progress and addresses any issues that arise.
- Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status to all participants.
- Uses appropriate tools to monitor the project.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensures standards and requirements are met through
- Assist the support team from time to time when needed
- Other duties as assigned.
- Basic SQL Knowledge
- Understanding/Exposure with 3rd party integration (XML API’s)
- Understanding/Exposure to FTP Transfers
- Previous support experience (preferably in Gaming) would be an asset
- Knowledge of Zendesk and Jira would be a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
2nd Level Technical Support Agent
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on your own and as part of a team
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving data issues
- Technical data integrations
- Handling escalated support issues via Zendesk
- Keeping documentation up to date
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensures standards and requirement are met throughout
- PHP (Can write in and understand PHP scripts, talk to an API)
- MySQL (can write structured SQL statements, understands DDL and DML)
- Unix familiarity (grep, sed, vi, file permissions, cron, etc)
- Shell scripting (writing clean cash scripts with error checking)
- Previous experience (Preferably in Gaming) would be an asset
- Knowledge of Zendesk and Jira would be a plus
